        Maple Grove inspector's for the electrical and mechanical systems gave Heating & Cooling two thumbs up on a job very well done! They also told Jo, they felt the installation work was very neat and tidy. We also agree, Jason and Christian (instalers) knew what they're doing and took time to explain; detail system operations, cleaning and maintenance requirements. Jason also share with us a unique tip how to protect the furnace metal from moisture spray created when the softener empties into the floor drain.

        I am extremely Happy with Heating & Cooling Two! My sales person was very knowledgeable and explained all options to me and gave me recommendations on what would be best for my situation. He was very thorough and the estimate he gave me was better than other companies. I appreciate the fact that it was not an uncomfortable experience as I had with other pushy salespeople with other HVAC companies. My installer was prompt, friendly, and explained in detail what he would be doing during the installation. He too was extremely knowledgeable and my place was cleaned thoroughly after installation. When finished, he demonstrated programming my thermostat. He also informed me about rebates, warranties, maintenance, and keeping debris away from air conditioning unit. I am very happy with this company and highly recommend.

        Heating and Cooling 2 installed a new furnace, AC unit, humidifier and water heater. They did good job installing all the equipment and there is only 1 minor issue (bad solder joint) at the water heater. They come out the next day to put a new coupling pipe to fix the bad solder joint. We are very happy with everything. We have Heating and Cooling 2 annual contract service and they came out and check all the equipment yesterday. The technician was very courteous and thorough. Service: Heating system installation
