Pilgrim Cleaners really live by their core values. How I know, because I personally have experienced it. Edie and Chanty are very friendly, very efficient and very professional staffs. I believe the other staffs that I have not encountered are the same as Edie and Chanty. If you want the services in cleaning and alterations come to Pilgrim cleaners in Maple Grove. Service has always been wonderful. They do a great job cleaning and alterations very fast, reasonably priced. One notable recent experience was just this week when their store closed early due to a bad snow storm. I arrived 4 minutes after they closed. The manager saw me pull up and got out of her car, walked up and asked if I needed to pick up something. I needed to get my wifes slacks for a funeral the next morning. We went in and found the slacks. Then I realized in my haste I had left my wallet at home with no way to pay. The manager accommodated and replied that was not a problem and come back as soon as possible and pay. NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!
