Ended up using Topline for an auto loan as the Dealers loan of choice, big mistake. I hadn't received any account info by the time the first payment was due and had to call to make a payment because they didn't mail me any info since I hadn't banked with them before. (No doubt to try and start racking up late fees as soon as possible). Months later I was charged an additional 2K on the loan due to "Not providing proof of insurance" even though they never contacted me to inform me that I had to provide proof of my renewed insurance. Their customer support is useless and transfers you to call lines that go nowhere when you try to sort this out. Worst credit union in MN that tries to use shady tactics to gouge you; stick with Affinity Plus or Spire for actual legit Credit Unions that care about their members.

Great experience with our HELOC. We ran into issues with our old mortgage company not having properly filed the lien release. Stephanie was great. She was super responsive and diligent in helping us through it.
