Wells Fargo Bank

Absolutely the worst Wells Fargo branch in the state of MN not one person answers the phones at this location and they give out false information and then say they never said it. Avoid this place at all costs.

Worst place ever! Poor management and communication is just horrible! The place needs to be closed anyhow!!!! This is my third time here and none of the days I was served correctly!!!!

Absolute worst location I have ever been to. The manager AJ is extremely confrontational and unprofessional. Makes very unprofessional comments to both customers and his coworkers. This man should not be working anywhere. Maybe a warehouse would be a better fit. But he should not be a front line employee helping customers. I shouldve looked at the reviews and avoided this location. If we all stop coming here, theyll have to close it, which is what SHOULD happen.

My wife and I just tried to add me to my child's bank account and they could not do that without an appointment and without the child present. Other than the kind gentleman Joe at the counter, Angela was not all what helpful. I'm in the service industry and its always how can we help vs jump through 50 hoops then maybe we can help. Pathetic Service. I could tell the whole time Joe wanted to help, but Angela was preventing that.
