        Went to get new tires put on. My car had special locking studs at the time. A technician asked if I had the right key for taking them off and I told them no. Jeremy (service manager) decided they were going to try and remove them anyway even though they didnt have the correct tools. He used the wrong extractors and broke 3 of them. Wasted 45 mins and I had to go somewhere else to get them replaced any how. Service was not very friendly. Very adamant that it was a priority that they got to leave at 5 and not a priority to get my vehicle done.
