        I have used Goodtimes before for so many things and loved them. This past order (May 2023), I placed an order and never heard back. It was a frustrating situation. Joan with the front was wonderful and helpful though which was nice and never stopped doing what she could. We did actually hear back from an owner after the fact and they did everything they could to remedy the situation. I really appreciated everything they did and felt like even though there was an unfortunate mix up, the costumer service was top notch and I was taken care of wonderfully in the end. I look forward to working with them again in the future!
