Mayo Clinic Health System - Eastridge

I have made two appointments and both appointments were canceled the day of. The clinic never made an attempt to fit me in with another physician and simply canceled the appointment telling me to reschedule. When I spoke to someone after returning the second cancellation voicemail and expressed my anger and frustration, Nancy proceeded to argue with me effectively gaslighting every concern I expressed. I can see why this clinic is currently rated 2.8 stars. I can't really speak to the quality of care when I can't get a doctor to keep an appointment.

Stupid family doctor gave me zero refills. Now I'm feeling all these feelings. Having vivid dreams my family members are getting hurt. Dreaming the world is ending and they won't refill my prescription thanks...

Dr Ali ignored the majority of my physical problems and misdiagnosed my heart condition as a pulled muscle. After demanding being switched to a different doctor and multiple tests later I finally got a proper diagnosis. Except I got no follow up on treatment and she also ignored the majority of my problems. Multiple times I try to schedule a regular appointment only to be told to "just go to urgent care". Almost a year later now and I've been in and out of hospital close to 10 times. Now I'm told I should have just demanded a proper appointment and that's why I haven't been getting proper treatment for my issues. There is zero accountability at this hospital.
