        I just got a call saying my daughter's appointment was canceled for tomorrow because I didn't have the time, over the past 2 days, to confirm with them that we would be there. I am a nurse who works 12 hour dayshift at 1 job and some nights at another job. I'm sorry that for the past 2 days I was unable to answer your calls and when I tried to call you back, on my very short lunch break yesterday, I couldn't get through. With my work schedule it takes me months to schedule appointments and now my daughter won't get her filling for who knows how many months, before I can schedule with another dentist office. Very poor customer care and I will never return. I also already paid a $60 deposit for this appointment that I fully intended on going to. I'm sure they're going to make it a nightmare to get my deposit back.
