They managed to replace my hard drive and saved my data that I thought was lost on my Macbook. Great service all around and at like 1/5 of the price other places were suggesting.

Jerry is awesome. I cannibalized a 3 year old Alienware R7 I couldn't upgrade any further than I had due to Dell proprietary components & used some components in a new build. I took in the remaining components plus a GPU from another PC & asked to trade for a new 1 TB SSD or NVME. Jerry offered a new 1 TB Samsung EVO 870 with cables. Needless to say, I was tickled pink & accepted. Talked with him quite a while & know he'll put it to good use. Win win for both of us.

Called morning before Xmas with a bent/broken flashdrive. Gentleman on the phone was busy and closing early but said bring it in anyway. A job that would've taken a couple days anywhere else--maybe more because Xmas--was done that afternoon. He was able to save everything. Very kind and professional. Would definitely come back here in the future if I've got tech problems.

The guys were super nice and kept open communication about my device the entire time they had it until I went to pick it up! They're also knowledgeable and explain everything to you.
