Metro by T-Mobile

Worst service ever! They flat out refused to cancel a line. Can't do it online, can't do it in person, only the 4 hour wait call center can do that. They have been charging me for an unused line and refuse to do anything about it without jumping though hoops. You just lost a customer instead of one line on a family plan.

I had the worst customer service ever at Metro by T-Mobile in Le Sueur MN so I needed a new phone & a friend of mine had always told me that he always had great service at the store in Mankato. So I called there about a week & a half ago & made arrangements to see Angela. I can tell you that the experience I had at the Mankato store was like night & day from what I had in Le Sueur. She helped me with buying my new phone & made sure that everything was on the new phone that was on the old phone. Angela made sure that she had helped me in anyway to see that my needs were met. If anyone ever asks what phone store I use they will always here Metro by T-Mobile in Mankato, MN & ask for Angela.
