Ron Esau and crew of Great Garage floors resurfaced the concrete basement floor of our old house that was built in 1918, and we are absolutely delighted. This old floor had been cracked and patched and painted a half dozen times over the decades. It was a dirty, filthy, ugly mess. The worst part about going to the basement to do laundry or anything else was having to be in that environment, and walk on that floor. Scrubbing and cleaning made no significant difference. When my husband and I were ready to go ahead and have vinyl flooring installed, the installer told us that he would not put flooring in because the underlying concrete was in such bad shape. The floor was uneven and there was no workable solution. He suggested talking to a garage floor resurfacing company, but, even then, he told me not to get my hopes up. Well, I called Great Garage Floors. Out of the blue. What luck! I explained the situation to Ron and he agreed to come and look at it. Long story short, within the month this new basement floor that these guys created for us has transformed our basement into a very pleasant laundry, storage and work bench area. I'm walking barefoot on my basement floor for the first tine EVER. The new surface is SMOOTH, beautiful, tough, and non-slip.WE LOVE IT! The guys were experts, worked like crazy, and were in and out in two days. I feel SO fortunate to have found Ron and his crew. We have been blessed to have had several really wonderful companies help us ,over the years, with various restoration and repair projects, and we have, also, had a few clinkers. I am happy to say that Ron Esau and company are on our very short list of the times we truly 'lucked out. We could not have hoped for a better outcome. Thank you Ron! I recently had some floors done by Great Garage Floors and the results were amazing! We had Great Garage Floors do our garage floor in black, gray and white flecks which matches the colors of our house perfectly. Very happy with the work and how its holding up :)
