    BOB have a great selection! I ordered a stroller and received confirmation email and then no shipping info so I reached out to the customer service email and Adelle responded back with order update and tracking info and explanation as to why the site wasn't updating order status. It's a breath of fresh air to experience good customer service these days.

    I ordered a w4 wonderfold luxe for my autistic son from Baby's on Broadway! I'm from out of town and shipping was very fast, they sent me the receipt I needed for insurance. Adele went above and beyond! Thank you Adele! My son loves his wagon (and the dog likes to ride with him too)

    Review based on DME BOB pediatric ambulatory device, private PPO insurance used. I have happy tears!!! Last year I submitted insurance after seeing a TikTok of another mom getting a wagon for their child that has autism. I was told our insurance was not in net work, and we did not meet our deductible. I was really bummed and sad. This year another mom with the same insurance (in Illinois support group) said that they just got one this year. So I decided to resubmit insurance verification again since we already met our deductible. We were approved!!!!!!!!!! I was so happy! I was able to pick between four wagons, the Wonderfold W2, W4, Veer Xl cruise, and a different type of Veer. Our primary care is not the greatest at prescriptions, so my sons psychiatrist wrote the prescription (they provide in the email, what needs to be written and what needs to be stated for the prescription to make it easy for approval). It was back ordered, I was really bummed but two weeks later I got our wagon!!! I am so thankful, thank you BOB for making it, so effortless an easy! My son Alex is about 60 pounds, and now we can go to the zoo and he can ride along with his brothers, and we can just take one device verses, 2 to 3 strollers. As a special needs, mom, thank you again, what you do really means the world. I really wished they had special needs car seats, I will definitely recommend to everybody that will listen. My special needs son can fit comfortably in wagon, and his brother can catch a ride with him. very thankful for BOB!!!

    EDIT: Was contacted by Adele, who apologized and not only gave me the reward points back but doubled it! Ordered with the points and my order shipped out and arrived very quickly, similar to my first experience with the wagon. I appreciate you rectifying this situation Adele. Original review: I bought a wagon here before and had no issues. Shipped very quick and got it within days. However, not pleased with my most recent experience. First off, the website says lots of things are in stock when in fact they are not. I had asked about price matching an item and saw it was "in stock" online, but when I emailed about it, she told me it was not in stock so she couldn't price match. Then I ordered some milk collection cups that said in stock as well and I used some rewards I had from the wagon. Placed the order and didn't hear anything for 2 weeks. Reached out to Adele, who emailed back and said she didn't have the item in stock (again misleading information on website) and that I could wait for her to order item. I asked how long it would take and she said she would check but never got back to me, so i sent her another email saying I just want to cancel the order. I got an email confirmation that the order was refunded in July but no response from Adelle. Fast forward 3 months later, I'm Double checking everything and notice I still have not received the refund for the order that was supposedly "refunded". I emailed her about this and never got a response back. I had to contact my credit card company to get the refund. Additionally, I lost all my rewards on this order and never got it back to my account. Unfortunately this experience has given me a bad impression and I cannot recommend anyone shop here due to lack of communication and false information.

Hi Hannah! As I apologized in the email about price matching the dockatot grand unfortunately at this time dockatot was going through some major changes and pulling product we were unable to special order and then item had been available right before that. On the collection cups due to also having a DME business e issue these through insurance and as a small business struggled with some inventory management as we grew on that side. I have worked diligently the last year and will launching a new system January first to help mitigate this. In regards to the refund I we issued it through our site the same day unfortunately PayPal did not connect this correctly and once PayPal was notified they corrected it unfortunately and completely unacceptable it took so long but from our end it was done right away. In regards to the points I have made sure they were reinstated and doubled them for the poor experience you had. We are always trying to do better and appreciate your business.
