The waitress, Pam, was blatantly rude several times and extremely inattentive. She was openly frustrated with my grandmother, who is hard of hearing for not understanding her, and we sat for 45 minutes after getting our food and were not checked up on once for refills, togo boxes, nothing, although she walked past us several times and the restaurant was not busy. She was confrontational when we asked for a fresh pot of coffee because what we were initially given was noticeably old. I worked at Perkins as a server for several years. It takes very little effort to be kind. I understand that mistakes happen, but customers should never be treated this way. I called to speak with a manager and was put on hold for 20 minutes before I finally gave up. I tried calling back and clearly the phone is sitting off the hook because they forgot about me. This was supposed to be a special birthday lunch for my mom, and unfortunately, none of us had a good experience because of this unprofessional behavior and poor service.

Manager stole money - Card reader scamming people @Owner - How can I contact you? I already filed a report with the FTC and contacted corporate. I'd love to explain what happened. Bill came to $59.x. I gave a 18% tip. Total came to $90 and since my kids were running around, I wasn't paying close attention. I then paid but shortly confronted the manager, who was the one that rung me up. Service was not that great, but I wasn't going to complain about that. When the manager admitted to overcharging me more, she tried blaming the card reader and did not want to refund me. She clearly saw the difference. I told everyone in your establishment that your card reader was scamming people. Thanks!
