        Scheduled more than 6 months in advance, provided insurance information. On the day of the appointment the office staff spent so long screwing up verifying our insurance that they then told us they didn't have time to see me and wouldn't be able to schedule me until over 6 months from now. They actually tried to blame me for their failure. Very unprofessional, unpleasant staff, and obviously poorly managed.
