They installed a new chimney and wood cookstove wonderfully! I wanted a particular cookstove (Drolet Chic Choc). They special ordered the cookstove and installed it. I didn't like how part of the chimney looked and they found a solution and took care of it. I will not hesitate to call them for any future needs.

Very professional and quick to respond. We had a hard time finding a chimney inspection company who would come out to our home. I found this company online and they were quick to respond and schedule an appointment. They communicated clearly regarding estimates and timing . They came on time for the appointment and did a great job inspecting and cleaning our wood burning fireplace . I highly recommend them! Update 1/20/23 We also hadnt found someone to frame in our new wood burning stove/fireplace and they also helped us with that. They did a fantastic job with that as well. The attention to detail, the communication with us, working with us, everything they did was phenominimal. And we are extremely happy with the finished product, it is beautiful!!

The crew at Element Hearth and Home were polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. They worked with us to get a quote and then installation in a timely manner. They were quick to respond or call back when I had a question. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and will be using them again when it comes time for my chimney and insert maintenance.
