        A sales rep came to our establishment & promoted free products: Glassware/ Welcome signs, etc. Other businesses pay for the advertising and I thought it was a great idea, initially. UNTIL I heard from my other area businesses that they wanted $500 monthly for the ads. I just couldn't get behind that and changed my mind. The "sales rep" that was selling the ads was very rude to my employees and following that experience I heard from fellow local businesses. I recanted my decision to do business with them. Nothing in the proposal suggested i would OWE THEM $1000... but now they are threatening to take me to court for 2X the yearly advertising costs of local businesses. I've already paid them $250 for the miscommunication and they are suggesting I still owe them $750 or they will infact, take me to court. This business is a scam. I wouldn't suggest letting them in your establishment.

      We are disappointed to receive the above review and would like to be sure to report the accurate information as it would pertain to this matter.Black Creek Lodge entered into an agreement for us to provide them with a custom Oak Pedestal to feature daily specials. The sales representative worked with the local businesses and services to participate on the program and sold advertising at the rate of $ 275.00 for THE ENTIRE YEAR. NOT what was misrepresented above. One of the owners of Black Creek Lodge was unaware of the agreement and canceled our program after we had completed most of the work. It was mutually agreed upon that the Black Creek Lodge would pay to help cover a small portion of our expenses.MediaUSA has provided our services since 1990 to over 600 establishments throughout the upper Midwest. We would be more than happy to provide any business with lists of references, and you would be more than welcome to contact our local Chamber of Commerce for more references. Thank you for the opportunity to clear up this misleading report of the circumstances.
