I went in for the simplest service you can imagine and not only did they overcharge me but the actual service I went in for they simply didnt do, I know this because I just had to take my car into the dealership and they also told me. Sad way to choose to do business.

Very good service! I first had an estimate that I paid for $125 from another shop for $2,000 to fix my car, when I went to Pep Boys they check my car for free and gave me a free estimate to fix my car for half the price. I have now a car fixed for half the price of what I was going to pay because the other shop was going to replace parts that didn't need to be repaired. Thank you Pep Boys for helping me with my car!!! I am definitely coming again when needed.

So we had been happy with this location until they got new owners. The old owner had said that because he didn't charge for every last thing he was in trouble with corporate. The new owners have cut hours. They also try to sell things families like ours don't need/can't afford. My van came in with a screw in the tire. A tire had to be ordered from Chicago. We waited over two weeks for the tire to materialize and every time my husband went in they tried to sell more things we didn't need. I have a medically complex child. We need a vehicle for doctors and hospitals. We got excuses and sales pitches. They also overcharged to install the tire. Then the twits left the keys in the van. My van does not lock if the keys are in it. So I'm thankful the van didn't get taken. We will be shopping for a new place to get repairs done.
