Restored my faith in humanity. I live in "A Big City", 90% of the retail stores here have employees that would rather play on their phones vs. answer questions, let alone know anything about the product they are selling. This place is run by real people that own the business and answer the phone when you call. On top of that they actually know about the sport of curling. They knew the product and made excellent recommendations. On top of that, they actually do what they said they would. In the middle of the worst cold weather storm of the year they said they would get our stuff out same day...guess what. promise kept, shocking in today's world. That includes accounting for the USPS being closed for the storm. Highly recommended. Product arrived today as promised, daughter happy! thank you.
