        Stay clear of this scam ! They will charge you even after you leave ! I paid professional movers to clean out my storage after sustaining an injury & they continue to charge me for over a year. When you call the employee they have gives you attitude & will not give you a contact for mayflower properties company.. there is no way to contact them via phone I have 3 friends who have used them with the exact same issues, they also had impossible cancellation issues that are still unresolved 2 years later & are presuming litigation against them It will be safer to leave your things in a garage in Harlem than this place steer clear u less you enjoy donating money & being charged .. you have been warned

        Storage space was easily rented but suffered from being locked in Ice. Took some work and some effort to dry out the space. But it worked and having protected items with heavy plastic bags all turned out well. Access was good. Inspect and protect and all is good.
