Unreliable, never consistent answers and prescriptions are never filled before arriving. Have yet to have a positive interaction in 3 years.

If you love waiting in line this is a place for you! they close early forcing everyone to come at the same time 7:00 is ridiculous stay up later hire more people I was waiting in line today it took 15 minutes to move one car it's 10 minutes till close I've been here since 6:30 there's still six cars in the Drive-Thru and I'm guessing I won't get out of here till at least 7:30 or later at 15 minutes per person !!! absolutely ridiculous. everyone should be fired or just close the place.

I cannot recommend this pharmacy. Long waits-drugs that are not filled on time or arrived as promised by the distribution center. The icing on the cake is the scam they are running to get peoples money. I asked for a vacation override with my insurance as my RX was not to be filled quite yet but I would run out mid-vacation. The pharmacist said a vacation override was not an option and that if I wanted it sooner I had to pay cash for it. I transferred my RX to Target and their pharmacist had it filled with my insurance on a vacation override within 30 minutes for only my co-pay. I knew my insurance offered three overrides a year for travel purposes. So long waits-rude service-and charges you for things one does not have to pay for. After 5-8 years as a customer, we are pulling all our prescriptions.

They appear to have limited stock, so nearly all medications must be ordered from some processing center & when the meds finally arrive at the store, a pharmacist must count the tablets/capsules before they are ready to be picked up. The process takes days, & notification by phone is erratic. One of my prescriptions sat in a processing status for a week. When I called (almost always necessary) I was told I could pick it up after a pharmacist counted the tablets. I have called twice about a prescription that I need now. I have not received a call & the app indicates it is still being processed. I dont know if it didnt arrive in the shipment or hasnt been counted yet. The pharmacy closes soon.
These constant problems are likely caused by a shortage of staff. I would go elsewhere, but my insurer considers this to be a preferred provider, so my co-pay is lower.
