We contacted Chad Bridenstine regarding buying a condo in Largo Florida area. He was on it in a heartbeat and we had homes to look at immediately. We found what we wanted and again he was right on it and so informative. We were from another state and wanted to use our bank there. He worked with them and the title companies in Florida to get it done. We had some complications because of a land title issue and we had to re adjust everything but Chad got it done for us perfectly. It took some time but he was with us every step of the way. He was so knowledgeable and was 100% working for US! We could not have asked for anyone better and he cared about taking care of all our needs and many questions with unlimited patience. Thank you Chad for a satisfying and good experience with a very competent realtor.
