        I have been waiting patiently for a year for a simple concrete repair to be completed. I was told today in an email and I quote They are working to get all deadline escrow work completed prior to completing service repairs. I feel that I have waited long enough and the repair needs to be completed. Im hoping I do not have to take legal action for such a simple fix.
