        My husband and I have had our eyes on this new neighborhood, Brookshire, by D.R. Horton in Lakeville for about a year now. We toured a handful of their homes over several visits and were ALWAYS welcomed with a smile and great energy by Melissa in their sales office! We finally came to a decision and purchased a new home with Melissa last week. She made the entire process with paperwork smooth and seamless. We cant wait for closing day to come and work with her again, she is a delight to do business with!

        We love our house layout, and enjoy how peaceful the community is. The amenities (gym, activity center) are a plus, and the proximity to stores is something we appreciate. Sales team is super friendly, and were very helpful and patient with us during the whole process.
