The 5 star reviews are fake ! This daycare doesnt have your kids in their best interest ! Alana is an amazing person and its pretty sad that she would allow the assistant to take over. This daycare use to be amazing 5 years ago! I hope something changes !

We've had good luck since Dec 2023. My daughter learned so much in a alittle bit of time here. Teachers are great. Alana (Director) she's cool. As for (Assistant director) Caitlyn Ignorant she made a personal disrespectful comment about whom signed my child up for childcare like that matters that was the icing on my cake. My child is no longer attending this center.

Highly knowledgeable director and assistant director regarding child development. Staff are enthusiastic and knowledgeable as well. The site is clean and organized. Exceeds expectations with social and emotional curriculum too.

I really would give zero stars if I could. My 2 toddlers started daycare at this location ( Lakeville YMCA) April 2023 my son was kicked out in November 2023 which I can honestly say hes a hyper child with some behavioral problems. The daycare switched him to a different class with a different teacher and his behavior got way worse. My daughter (29)picked him up one day and observed that teacher using prohibited restraint to put my son shoes on. (Photo below) I kept him in the daycare because he was soon to be placed in a class with older kids so I just monitored the situation closely. After my son left in November My daughter spend time in this same teacher class and she began to inform me that my daughter behavior has changed and she doesnt listen. A week later my daughter was kicked in the head by this teacher I was not giving an incident report until I asked for one. A couple of days later I was dropping my daughter off at the daycare my daughter ran pass her usual class and the class of the teacher that kick her. The teacher seen that my daughter was not listening to me and came out of her class demanding that my daughter(2) do as I say my daughter responded as if she was in a military school with tears in her eyes. She seemed to be scared however this was the same teacher that reported my daughter dont listen a week earlier. I left with tears in my eyes I called the daycare minutes later and they told me that my daughter wont be around this teacher anymore and that I should start picking her up at a earlier time which I did and she was still with this teacher several times after reporting this to the office . Today my daughter (29) dropped my younger daughter off at daycare and her usual teacher was in the class with the bad teacher my daughter say my toddler looked at the teacher and began to cry hard. My 2 year old told me yesterday that someone pull her ear. I had enough and removed my daughter from the daycare. I have picked my toddlers up with soaking wet diapers, diapers that was put on wrong and cutting up my daughter private, wet sleeves, dirty faces, missing coats. Theres also a different staff member that reported to my oldest daughter that the bad teacher is very mean to the kids and that she reported things to the office and they dont care. Last week I was picking my daughter up as I walked pass bad teacher class I noticed a bunch of crying toddlers and she was just standing outside of the classroom watching them cry
