I had some nerve impingement that was stopping me from sleeping and being able to do my normal activities. Jeremy took me through some mobility exercises I could do along with a reclining angle to try. I've been battling this with various PT recommendations for over a year so I was a bit skeptical of the slight modifications, but gave them a try. Yup, Within a week, the nerve got released and mobility is restored. I can tell I will have to maintain things for a while to undo the time I spent misaligned and jacked up, but I have the right tools. Very cool people and very knowledgeable. As a 41 year old who doesn't want to give up rock climbing or ultra running, this is an invaluable connection.

Josh and Jeremy are both amazing! They really listen to your chiropractic concerns and work with you to take care of your musculoskeletal system and if anything is pinching or effecting your nervous system. They both have high level knowledge of there practice and really care about there patients. Definitely highly recommend Dr. Josh or Jeremy Marty, they will take great care of you and be able to guide you through your chiropractic treatments.
