Livery Modern Apartments

Livery Modern Apartments in Lakeville is a great place to live in a safe and wonderful community. With close proximity to grocery stores, bars, and restaurants, the location is prime for relocating ! The staff is excellent. They respond to any issues promptly and are very friendly. The manager Vincy Mamidisetti is wonderful. She was very friendly and welcoming and her customer service is second to none! I highly recommend Livery !

I wish I would have trusted my gut and listened to the negative reviews. First tour was such a bad experience that I had to reschedule. Second tour was good and I applied the same day of the tour. My application was not processed. I finally called the office 4 days later and was told that the only person that could process applications was out of the office for a week and that I would have to wait. Unfortunately the property manager neglected to mention this when she was encouraged me to apply right away and even said I would receive an email in the morning. I lost out on alternative apartment options while waiting for my application to be processed. I requested a refund for my application fees and they said they would mail me a check in 2 or more weeks for part of my expenses but would not refund the total amount. Do not feel pressured to apply because this is a very unorganized and dishonest property.

I toured last Friday. The only reason for 4 stars is lack of response to multiple voicemails and texts. Other wise Vincy has been amazing. She gets an A+ for her customer service, I feel it is not her fault that there is no way to contact her or any one in the office the last two days, which is an issue and I hope resolves if I move in. Vincy is so kind, tour was awesome, gave me time that I needed to look around. I have not rented for 35 years, she understood my need for time to process. Waiting to see what is decided with my situation, I so hope there is a way to make it work. Vincy has great customer service skills and I appreciate all she is going for me

We just signed a lease and so excited to move in. Everything is beautiful! edited 2/14 to add that our move in went smooth and our apartment looked fantastic! There is new management and Vincy was wonderful to work with.
