Would have been a 5star rating if they had charged my battery on my Hybrid Pacifica Van I bought when I brought it it in for a repair owed to me after I purchased the vehicle. I asked 2 sales people about it and a notation wassuppose to be put on the paperwork which obviously was not done. No follow through! Not happy.

We had a great experience buying at Enterprise (again, after a bad accident). We went to the Spring Lake Park location and Jay helped us. The selection of cars was decent, and all cars had undergone a detailed inspection and had reasonable mileage, which is why we choose Enterprise for used cars. Jay was super personable, and he asked the right questions to help us prioritize and make informed decisions about selecting a car. Hopefully I won't need to buy again anytime soon, but if I do, I will be right be back at Enterprise for round three.
