EXCELLENT DOES NOT EVEN BEGIN TO EXPRESS BARB'S COMMITMENT TO NURSES. FOREVER GRATEFUL TO YOU! 5.0 stars Posted by FLORENCE March 24, 2023 DR. OF NURSING PRACTICE, EXCELLENT DOES NOT EVEN BEGIN TO EXPRESS BARB'S COMMITMENT TO NURSES. FOREVER GRATEFUL TO YOU! IF YOU; A NURSE (RN, LPN, DNP (LIKE ME) WAS TO EVER FIND YOURSELF IN NEED OF A LAWYER WHO HAS YOUR BACK, LOOK NO FURTER THAN BARB FOSHIER! I HAVE DEALTH WITH LAWYERS BEFORE BUT NOTHING OR NO ONE LIKE BARB. IN CASE YOU DO MISS THE FACT THAT SHE IS ALSO AN RN, I HOPE YOU CAN READ WITHIN THE LINES OF OTHER REVIEWS AS THIS ONE. BARB WAS ALWAYS ANSWERED THE PHONE QUICKLY WITH LIGHTENING RESPONSE TIME. WAS ALWAYS PREPARED, WORKED ON MY CASE AFTER HOURS, DURING HER TRAVEL/FAMILY TIMES, WEEKEND WITHOUT EVER SAYING "I AM OFF" OR "LET'S CONNECT MONDAY" AS MANY PROFESSIONALS WILL DO. AS A NURSE, BARB UNDERSTANDS WHAT IS AT STACK! SHE UNDERSTANDS THE COMMITTMENT, HARD WORK, COST AND WORLD OF YOUR LICENSE/CERTIFICATE. SHE WORKED ON MY CASE AS IF IT WAS HER LICENSED ON THE LINE NOT TO MENTION HER FEES ARE LESS THAN 50% OF WHAT OTHER LAWYERS CHARGE FOR SAME SERVICE. THANK YOU, BARB, FOR SAVING MY LIFES WORK, INVESTMENT AND THAT OF MY FAMILY. WILL BE ETERNALLY GRATEFUL DR. FON, S. FLORENCE APRN-DNP-FNP-BC

I have worked in the hospital environment for 15+ years. I was fired from my job at a hospital and ninety days later received a letter of inquiry from the Board of Nursing. I struggled to answer these questions and decided it was in my best interest to hire an attorney. As I was searching for an attorney, I wanted to find an attorney who was an RN and who understood the inner workings of the hospital environment. I knew I hit gold when I stumbled upon Barbara's website and read about her nursing experience. She's a rare breed with a wealth knowledge. She is familiar with many processes, procedures and the documentation in electronic medical records that occur in the field of medicine. This made it easy for me to communicate with her. Having your license on the line is stressful. Making the initial phone call felt scary to me. But, when I heard this friendly, calm voice on the other end of the phone, she put me at ease immediately. She is nonjudgmental, easy to work with and responds quickly to voicemails, texts and emails. I had not purchased malpractice insurance. So, I really appreciated that she charges a flat fee. I did what she recommended in order to prepare my response to the board. Thanks to Barbara's wisdom, my case was dismissed. We nurses work hard to earn our license. When it's at risk, it's vital to hire a professional to help you defend it.
