Communication, communication, communication. This is essential to running a medical practice like location, location, location is to real estate. After having a good experience from receiving a massage here from Mai, I had to hope to have a similar experience by receiving an adjustment from Dr. Elizabeth Olson on a later date. Scheduling is done at the Wabasha office for the Lake City location. That raised concerns for me and after a hour drive arrived to be told that enough time hadnt been scheduled and I couldnt be seen. I then drove another hour back home. Dr. Olson was indeed apologetic and seeing her reviews and the patiences that came, she is doing good work. Im just bummed that I wont be returning to be on that receiving end. Now, on the review and rating I gave was for the massage I received. Finding next to nothing in regards to massage care in Lake City, I was very happy to find Mai here at this location. After 21 hours of driving over a 3 day period, I was indeed in need of some healthy, healing relaxation and restoration. Clean, quiet setting and the steady hands of my masseuse worked the muscles in my neck and shoulders to near perfection. Over time I regained full mobility and motion and felt I was on the road to full recovery. Mais experience and ability to work with you will certainly bring out good results. Lets just say, she doesnt rub you the wrong way.

Both doctors at this office are awesome... No pressure. You decide if you need more adjustments. Highly recommend.
