After my most recent experience with the terrible service at the Kunes in Holmen and Cleveland, WI, I was beginning to think this was just a poorly ran organization. However, when I called Kunes of La Crescent I was treated like royalty from the very beginning. Mind you this was after I bought my camper so there was no sale to be made. I spoke with Chad in service and he was remarkable. He got my camper in and fixed in under a week. In fact, every person I spoke to at that dealership made me feel like family. It was such a breath of fresh air and I felt so relieved. I cannot say enough good things about Chad and every other person employed at this dealership. They were responsive and attentive which matters most to me. I will make sure when I get my next camper that it is through them.

I've been to both this location and the La Crosse location and all I can say is these folks are tops! They are always super willing to help and keep an amazing selection of products. The icing on the cake? If the individual you're talking to doesn't know the answer to your question, they will go get someone who does, and then they stand there and learn with you! As long as we are near a Kunes, they will be our first call!
