Jeff from Titan came out & replaced out AC unit. He was super friendly & knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything & ensured we understood. He followed through on his time line & kept us up to date. I would definitely go with Titan for any future HVAC needs.

Very unprofessional on the phone. I questioned person on phone and he took offense and got very rude on phone. Will never recommend to anyone. Extremely bad customer service skills.

In my opinion Jeff is the guy to go with for all your HVAC needs! He's honest and very knowledgeable. I recently had a huge job, I had a full boiler with water heater replacement. It took a little longer than expected, but it was totally understandable. I won't go into too many details but it was quite a job! It was also the beginning of AC season for him, so he juggled us with some AC customers. It was totally fine with us. He works so hard!!! I would recommend him every time! Thanks again Jeff! :)
