        The pizza arrived, and it was soggy with grease. The toppings were fine, but it was just so greasy.

        Ordered first time the house specialty pizza which is my fav at another location I arrived 5 min before time to pick up. The box was barely warm I live 2-3 min away . Got home - it was cold and then jjust well ok. It was nowhere near the perfection at the lake location. I wont order here again. Not horrible but not expected great either. I hope they improve

        I ordered a pizza from DoorDash but the dasher took the order without ever delivering it to me. I mainly called carbones to confirm what happened. I think I was speaking to someone named santa? He offered to remake the pizza and personally deliver it to me. I offered a personal tip but he declined. I full on appreciate this worker and the service! I hope he gets a raise working there. He was nothing but brilliant :) I will definitely come back to this place

      Sorry to hear your pizza was greasy, definitely comes with the territory... especially depending on the toppings ordered as meat increases the grease level.

      Our pick up time is typically around 20 min. If that pizza sat for 5 min after making/cooking its impossible for it to be luke warm. Not really likely.
