I'll start by saying this review is not based off the quality of the company's work as we didn't ever get the chance to have work done by them. The short story is they ghosted us. We met with them at their MN State Fair booth and were excited to go to the open house they were putting on after the fair. The samples we saw at the Fair and the open house were very nice and we wanted to move forward with an estimate for the work we wanted done. We talked to one of the owners who explained we should fill out a contact form AND email them with some pictures of our space, more info, a potential price range we were looking to spend. They did warn us that they were going to be incredibly busy until about October. We totally understood. This was in September 2021. We did as they asked, emailed the following day from the open house. October came and we reached back out via email to see if they had received our correspondence. We didn't hear anything back through all of October. My fiance and I both called after November 1st and left messages. Neither of us got a call or email back. For whatever reason, they completely ghosted us. They didn't even tell us, "sorry, we're not going to be able to work on your project". ANY sort of communication would be better than none at all. So again, I can't speak to the quality of their work because they didn't give us the opportunity to work with them. Be prepared if you decide to reach out to them for them to potentially never get back to you.
