        Excelsior was the only reason we became first time homebuyers. From Beau to Jessica and Jason, they were all very helpful every step of the way. While we naturally had a few hiccups, mainly with the bank, Excelsior took care of us and got things rolling once we had the financing in place. I was overall very impressed at the speed of getting the slab poured, the house delivered/set and finishing work completed. If you are considering an affordable route to quality home ownership, this is the place to go. When it was all said and done, we paid less for more square footage than the cost of a used home in our area. The service after you move in, warranty claims, defective items, etc. by Schult Homes has also been excellent.

Together with long-time partner, Schult Homes of Redwood Falls – Minnesota, and more recent partner, Stratford Homes of Stratford – Wisconsin, we offer a variety of home styles and options.
