        Emailed me plenty of times for paperwork, literally texted me at 8am and 5pm on the same day to remind me of my 7pm appt. I make a 40 mile drive only to be told sorry we double booked. Youll need to reschedule. And not one single phone call to me?! Obviously unorganized and poor communicators. Certainly not ideal to help get your life back on track.

      We are very sorry that this happened and as I shared when we talked, our counselor was very upset when that she was unable to see you at the scheduled time. This was the first and only time this occurred and was a mistake with our scheduling program. Our counselor stated she by accident pressed the pm option instead of the am option with her other appointment. Also, the appointment reminders are an automatic feature that most people like, reminding them of their appointment 2 days before and 2 hours before their scheduled appointment. It is not something the counselor sends. It was nice talking to you and if we can assist you in any way let us know.
