We previously had a terrible experience with Forbes in Hutchinson where we had a bearing and sensor changed and the issue did not resolve. We reached out to the Car Shop initially just to ask some questions about bearings. Everyone there was very kind, understanding and wanting to help. They assessed my vehicle, with no charge and advised that Forbes should be able to warranty the bearing that was changed since it is faulty. When we reached out to Forbes they basically told us to kick rocks, they would not warranty the part and actually swore at us in the store in front of everyone. We decided rather than saving some money by warrantying the bearing, that we were so impressed with The Car Shop that we would pay them to fix it in addition to some additional work. They got us in quickly and fixed the car within 2 days. They called with every update and did their best to stay in our budget. Kevin knows what he is doing and was able to solve our mystery issue with my 4-wheel drive and cruise control system that we had been chasing for 6 months. Jeff was very helpful and the sweet lady in the front of the house is a rockstar! I will only be bringing my vehicles to The Car Shop from now on. John was fantastic!! My wife and three kids were starting a two and a half hour trip south from Cokato. Started their trip with a dead battery. After a neighbor jumped the vehicle I called John for a battery test and he and others were waiting for them as they pulled into the parking lot. In a few minutes they were on their way. They immediately made time for them. The safety of a complete stranger was foremost on their minds THANK YOU JOHN and everyone at Car Shop!!! Service: Battery
