They have been an extremely valuable partner in my young business. I had a single member LLC with not a lot of organization around my structure and books. They call me to offer their accounting services for my construction company, I agreed to it and even brought my girlfriend as a additional client. After the first meeting we exchange emails with documents and personal information for about 3 to 4 weeks, but after that was impossible to get a hold of Bill, our appointed guy. We called the office multiple times and could never get a hold of him or anybholdy for that matter. After trying over and over they finally called us back saying that they were not able to take us on as they were having personal problems and staff issues. What kind of service is that? Lead us on for so long and just leave us high and dry. We lost precious time and they kept my paperwork which now it is impossible to get it back from them. People please be aware of this them, don't waste your time.
