      image I was prequalified for a mortgage with Kelly at US Bank, but they refused to complete the lending request AFTER I already signed an offer. Kelly was grossly uninformed and uncommunicative throughout the entire process. I found out about the issue from my realtor because Kelly did not call me - his client - directly.
