My Easter ham was literally rotten around the bone. It stunk up my kitchen. Said they would replace it but they have done nothing about it. Also bacon thickness varies by 3/8 inch and is almost impossible to cook.

The hamburger from the quarter cow we purchased is good. The pot roasts so far have been ball joint plus about 3/4 fat. For a three pound pot roast that doesnt leave much meat. I have never before eaten steaks that are also 3/4 fat and 1/4 edible meat. Not really impressed as it appears we got the all fat- mostly bone cuts. Wont be returning or purchasing from farmers who are processing there. The positives of the experience was that the staff was pleasant and everything appeared clean. Hence two stars instead of one.

Ole's did a hog roast for our business & we had awesome reviews! The pork was delicious & the homemade beans & BBQ sauce were absolutely amazing! Highly recommend!!
