All of these people who are praising Luke are absolutely wrong. If you look up the definition of a good landlord on the dictionary, his name would not appear. He doesn't communicate with his tenants at ALL. Doesn't give official notices about anything??? Please get your act together and be a good landlord and listen to your tenants for once. Seriously....

I rented from Luke Siewert for 1.5 years while my wife and I saved to purchase our own home. Everything was fine until we were ready to move out. We had the place completely cleaned top to bottom and move-in ready with the exception of the carpets that needed to be cleaned. Since we had all of our items moved out with 5 days to spare until the end of the month, I planned to clean them myself to make sure to leave the place better than it was when we moved in. Since Luke had a renter lined up to move in and they didn't want to move on the 1st of the month, he told me that he would take care of the carpets and refund me my entire deposit so that they could move in early. Then, after a couple weeks went by and I still wasn't given my deposit back, I reached out to him and was told that he would not be giving me my entire deposit as agreed because of having to clean the carpets. I am a renter who always had my rent paid early and treated the place like I owned it. To have him give me his word so that the new tenants could move in early, then to go back on it after the fact shows the character of the person you are dealing with. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

I would highly recommend Luke Siewert as your realtor! He helped us find our first home and guided us through the process with patience and expertise/professionalism. Luke was very knowledgable about the market and really listened to what we were looking for. He would always go the extra mile and communicate with sellers about further information about the homes we were interested in and would act fast when we would want to pursue an offer. We could feel that Luke wanted us to find the right home for us and wouldn't stop until we found it. Luke is such a kind and personable person that you feel comfortable asking any questions and know that he cares about his work in finding homes for families. Without a doubt, Luke will be our realtor when we outgrow our current home. You won't regret working with Luke Siewert!
