It is clear that customer service is of the utmost importance and completely permeates their culture. This aspect is completely lost dealing with the "big banks". Absolutely the worst at bullshite fees. I wanted a smaller bank 4 more personal service. What I got was a bank worse than Wells Fargo at its worse. IT Took almost two weeks for a 6 FIGURE CASHIERS check to clear that I deposited which resulted in MULTIPLE NSF charges. I went to close the account and these A-holes were going charge me for a CASHIERS check from the account I was closing so I took a personal check instead. Then the Coupe de Grace was charging me $50 for the 2nd safe deposit key. Note had the key to open it, but not the extra spare. The arrogance of the upper management is mind-numbing. The only redeeming quality is the teller staff Jack, Smashley and the other minions in what is probably the management's opinion. Take the worst qualities of TCF and Wells Fargo combined and this is the unholy abomination you get.
