        Clean building spacious apartments amazing management been here for almost 3 years and will continue to be here for a long time

        Bad management. Minimal maintenance. Over priced. Tenants smoke inside despite it being against the law and the management continues to allow aggressive dogs to live in the building despite continuous incidents and complaints. The building is rarely cleaned and the grass goes without mowing for weeks because its not in their budget. Kids constantly run like elephants in the halls with minimal or no parental supervision. Frequent break ins.

        If youre credit is not perfect dont bother wasting an app fee here.. and i had a perfect rental history for 20 years they didnt even consider that...
