So far so good! We are first time renters and Angel has been very helpful throughout the process. Her communication has been great and she has always followed through. We ran into a few issues when we moved in and she was able to get someone in from maintenance to resolve the problems right away. This is a very quiet complex inside. Outside you will here a few people hot rodding it in their cars from time to time but that is expected. Laundry is very easy to use although It is a little expensive for each load. My only major complaint so far is that our kitchen cabinet shelves are warping and the doors don't stay fully shut. However, for the price of the apartment and the amount of space we have I don't have any complaints.

Poor concern for tenants. Not usually available to handle complaints, problems or repairs. They take NO responsibility for following the rules of a civil society. Their emergency number is a joke and an embarrasment. They operate solely on "The Punitive system." You are punished for every thing. Ask for some repairs, you pay a fine first, then you wait(and wait some more). If your Dining room light does not work, it takes 9 1/2 years for Management to fix it. DON'T MOVE HERE EXCEPT AS LAST RESORT!!!

The hours that the office is open doesn't work for working people. I work same hours the office is open. The office is closed all weekend. I understand being closed on a Sunday. I think I had emailed the apartment once before and gave them day(s)/time that worked for me in hopes they would extend the hours one day for a potential renter. I got a response back saying they are not open at those times or office is closed at that time. Since they are unwilling to work with me I will find some place that is more accommodating.
