        They were useless couldnt even spell my first or last name and couldnt understand that we were doing a warranty

        Great internet access. Terribly inconvenient business to deal with. They hide behind your privacy so they can save money by not hiring qualified people to take care of their customers. Even though they already have my personal info already stored on their servers (credit card number, drivers license, etc,) they cant edit that info because they dont want to hire technicians to help their customers take care of their account problems. They hide behind privacy to save money and turn minor billing issues into 45 minute phone calls when their customers could be doing something productive.

        Paul Bunyan Communications in Bemidji is wonderful and I'm very greatful that the Gigazone is in our area. We have never had any issues, but I think the price is a bit high, especially since the technology is from our area. Thank you for the great service, though, and all of the hard work people that make it great.
