OMG, in this day and age where people don't want to do work Shipping Shack is a blessing, they went the extra mile to help, even when they're not making any money from my business, I'm just perplexed and overwhelmed with gratitude. The friendliest lady who is there is always so helpful and knows the shipping biz. I mostly drop off UPS Amz returns, some FedEx but have done an on ice food item out of state which she walked me thru exactly what I needed to do. I provided the dry ice .

As a business owner, I really appreciate having a place to leave packages for pick-up. I've always found the store organized by carrier and the folks who run it nice about making sure I put my boxed wreaths in the right place. Also living somewhat rural it's nice to have a fedex drop off place, an earlier in the day UPS place to drop ground and they do Spee-Dee as well.
