        Excellent customer service helped me order the shoes I wanted online in store. Mikayla was the person that helped us and was absolutely amazing.

        2/25/2022 I went to return a jacket I bought from the Grand Rapids, MN Gilks on February 12th, 2022. I went up to the counter to be greeted by a Kathi who took my item out of the bag and then proceeded to tell me it " look like it had been worn". I told her no it was not as she was weirdly examining it. The item had tags on it and was in fact not worn besides tried on. She then proceeded to tell me again "this looks worn" and I again told her it was not. The jacket was bought for my grandpa's funeral, I ended up not wearing it as I wore a dress instead so i told her that. I wanted to look around the store afterward but didn't because of the associate Kathi was so incredibly rude. I will not be shopping there again if Kathi is there. I do want to shout out to Mikayla the associate who was there the day I bought the jacket, she was incredibly kind and helped get it down for me while we chatted about a local boutique in my hometown!
