        Once again, tried to find someone to perform EMDR to help me with my emotions and after 8 weeks, Im still met with a blank stare. Its so hard finding a therapist who will communicate, acknowledge and give validation. If I wanted just talk therapy, I can get that from friends. I needed more, I asked for more and I got nothing. BTW, sitting with your emotions means nothing to those of us who feel sad or depressed 24/7. Were sitting with those emotions daily.

        I am so thankful that I found the team at David Hoy & Associates. I do both virt and I drive three and a half hours for sessions and I wouldn't have it any other way.
