      image My original flooring that was installed was determined to be warped. After posting a google review with the picture below, I was contacted by Giuliano who called me immediately and got the ball rolling on getting my flooring replaced. I really appreciate that they are standing behind their product and are working to make this right. I will post an updated flooring pic as soon as new flooring is installed. Thank you, Giuliano!

      "We apologize for the inconvenience! The client has been contacted on March 28th, and informed that we are committed to resolving this with or without full support from the manufacturer. Our client will go to one of our stores and select a different flooring. We will schedule a replacement as soon as possible, to resolve this issue and regain our client's trust."

      They charge premium and provide the worst installation service by far. And they will charge upfront so that you cant get your money back.
