This new branch office is wonderful! Easy to find, easy lot parking, convenient drive-through windows, the interior is beautiful and modern. Most important, service is awesome! I was greeted immediately by two friendly staff. One of them helped me with two transactions. She was looking out for me and suggested an interest-producing money market account rather than putting a big chunk of money into my share savings. Both transactions were easy, quick, competently handled. I was done in a few minutes, couldnt be happier. Visiting this branch made me appreciate BCU even more for their consistent good service and helpful approach.

I have used this Credit Union for many years. Car loans, a mortgage, a refinance and all my day to day financial actions are with this institution. Minimal issues along the way - all resolved to my satisfaction. They have great staff at my branch and those I have spoken to online.

I am sadly writing this review, as I have been a member of this credit union for many years, and have promoted it to others, as well. This morning, I noticed that a payment I made on a credit card for almost $200, was taken twice, out of my Power Plus Checking Account. I called and was told the merchant pulled the payment twice and they could not do anything. I asked for a Manager, and when I was transferred, I was cut off. I called back 4 times and was cut off, and the 5th time, I was hung up on. This has never happened before. I called the merchant and they said they took the payment once. In the meantime, I am out almost $200, and while I am typing this, I am holding for the 7th time. This is disgusting. I want my monies replaced, and the interest that I earn replaced, and a courtesy deposit for my aggravation. This is going on for 45 minutes now, out of my day! No excuse! Updating this review, two days later...I did finally get in touch with Member Relations and a nice Team Member Gentleman, actually assisted me and followed up. At the moment, the claim is filed and I emailed the necessary information to BCU, showing that only one payment posted. BCU is investigating, and I am communicating with them via email. In the meantime, BCU did refund the duplicate transfer amount to my BCU bank account, and they gave me a $25 courtesy credit for my wasted time and disconnected calls. I will change my rating, at this point in time, as they seem to be doing all the right things in supporting my case. All these years, I have been very happy with them, so I will continue with a positive outlook, moving forward.

Worst bank in the country. They make paperwork mistakes, math mistakes, etc. How does a bank even do that? And when you call customer service, they put you on hold for 20 minutes or just hang up on you. Despicable.
