West End Apartments

Satisfied with my one bedroom here. The management team (Kristy and Xavier) are friendly and timely with responding to requests. Management has since changed since this post. Location is great, parking is being updated. Pool is no longer in service.

Love the location. It is close to work and in a nice neighborhood. There is more than enough parking, compared to my last place which is a nice change.

Its in a great location, as it is hidden in a residential neighborhood. My neighbors are all really great and the apartments are nicely redone.

I have lived here longer than I like to admit. The location is amazing. School district is great. Max the former and Christine the current managers are on top of it! They are responsive and very professional. I have to say that the pool being removed to put more parking has been the biggest disappointment ever. The water not being on in the back of all the buildings this summer has also been disappointing. The garage doors are really heavy and hard to open and have mice pretty bad each winter. Nothing is perfect i guess.

I am going through the application process and staff at West End has been knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. The location is great! Convenient on and off the highway, tucked into a quiet, suburban neighborhood, with schools and shopping close by.
